Sending and Cancelling Approval Request for Multiple Documents in single click
Dear Readers,
In Business Central Standard we are not having functionality
of Sending and Cancelling Approval Request for Multiple Documents in single
click. So here we have come up with the solution of that.
- To remove Confirmation message while sending request, we’ll follow below process.
- Search for “Workflows” in global search and select Sales Order Approval Workflow.
- Set the status of Workflow as Disabled and then Click on “Add Record Restriction” as highlighted in the above picture.
- Now We need to need to turn off “Show Confirmation Message” toggle.
- Search for “Workflows” in global search and select Sales Order Approval Workflow.
- Click on highlighted link as below screenshot.
- Now select “Show message "The approval request for the record has been canceled." And Click on Delete Line as below screenshot.
Now enable the workflow again. And it’s done.
